In the morning we had gym class, snacks and morning circle time. Angelica presented her show and tell today! In language arts we played alphabet drill. As a class JKs had to say the name of as many letters as possible in 1 minute time indicating if it was uppercase or lowercase. First time we got 17 letters, second time we got 21 letters and third time we got 25 letters! This help students at becoming quick thinkers!
Next we built words using play doh.
After lunch and recess we had French and reviewed our UOI about transportation. In our UOI we looked into different modes of transportation and identified the beginning sound for each picture.
Next we had some time to build with blocks, read or play with the balance.
After second lunch we had reading buddies.
