We started the day off with gym class, snacks and morning circle time.
Next, we worked on beginning sounds where JKs had to look at the picture and write the beginning sound. Then we sang our phonics song and practiced writing the letter R on the dry erase boards.
After lunch and recess, we practiced our poems and had some math centers. In math centers, JKs were encouraged to build ABC and AAB patterns.
After second lunch and recess, we had centers.
