Happy Friday!
What a beautiful day! I hope is just as nice on the weekend!
Today I was away in the morning, but JKs started the day as usual with gym class, snacks, music class and morning circle time.
After lunch and recess, we had French and finished our reflection sheets for the report cards.
Next, we played musical chairs...after all...it is Friday! :)
After recess we had centers.

Happy Thursday!
Today we began the day with snacks, morning circle time and "fun" work. I say "fun" work because JKs don't know, but while they are completing the "fun" work they are still learning. JKs practiced tracing and copying sentences on their paper using simple writing conventions such as use of finger spacing, begin the sentence with upper case and end with a period.
After lunch and recess, we had French and we used play dough to make numbers 20-30.
After that JKs had some time to use the cutters and have fun with play dough.
To finish off the day we had some extra time outside to play. Love the pics... :)

Happy Tuesday!
Here is the post from yesterday...completely forgot! I'm very sorry!
We had a great day!
In the morning we had gym class, snacks, morning circle time, music class and reading buddies.
After lunch and recess, we had French class and the daily five - listen to reading.
In math we used the geoboards to build 2D shapes and we used the 3D foam shapes to build with it.
Next, we watched the Oakwood's Spring Concert dress rehearsal.
Then JKs went for a snack and recess.
to finish off the day we had centers.

Tuesday, June 5th:
We began the day with gym class, snacks and morning circle time.
Next, we took a look at the butterfly life cycle. JKs watched this video: https://youtu.be/tsK22IWoQyc
And then completed a cut and paste activity where they had to put the pictures of the butterfly life cycle in correct order.
After lunch and recess we had French and math. In math we worked on numbers 1-20. JKs had to write in the missing numbers.
To finish off the day we had centers.
