In the morning JKs had gym class, snacks and morning circle time.
In language arts we completed our journals. Today JKs were instructed to complete the following sentence/list: "S is for:_____." They were asked to list 3 words which started with S. First we made a list on the board, so they could copy.
For the early finishers we had books to read.
After lunch and indoor recess we had French and math.
In math JKs worked on numeracy. They completed pages from the workbook ABC 123.
To finish off the day, we had reading buddies. Today the reading buddies practiced the poems with the JKs!
